UK Invitation FAQs
What?
The Marriage Course Invitation is an annual initiative to offer couples the opportunity to hear about and receive an invitation to attend The Marriage Course in their local area.
The aim of this exciting new invitation is to help raise the profile of The Marriage Course both locally and nationally and make it easy for everyone to invite their friends.
Why are we doing it?
A good marriage isn’t down to chance. Thousands of couples around the world have found that the tools at The Marriage Course have empowered them to build a strong, lasting and fulfilling relationship. We want to give every couple in the UK the same opportunity.
Hosting an event to invite couples to The Marriage Course is a great opportunity to make a practical difference in your community.
How does it work?
We’ve learnt that launch events are a successful way to invite couples on a course.
The concept is simple; invite couples to your launch event whether it’s a Valentine’s dinner, village date night or salsa dancing to give them a taste of The Marriage Course:
- A romantic dinner for two
- Play or give The Marriage Course Party talk (Session 8) from the DVD
- Invite your guests to The Marriage Course, starting soon near them
When?
Hosting a launch event a couple of weeks before the start; or a Marriage Course party at the end of your course are great opportunities to invite couples to come and get a taste of the course.
Who can get involved?
Anyone with a heart for marriage and family life and for transforming society
Where?
A venue of your choice! Launch Events will be running all over the country in homes, church halls, restaurants, hotels, cafés, etc.
Who should be invited to the Launch Event?
Any married or cohabiting couples, whether they’ve been married a year or 61 years and whether they feel they have a strong marriage or are struggling. The Marriage Course is relevant and a great investment at any stage of a relationship.
